Throat - Lump in
What would you suggest for a lump in the throat. Seems to be trying to clear it a lot. Is it usually allergy, sinus problems or what other problem could it represent. Also what emotion might she be dealing with. -db

What is it this person wants to say but hasn't anytime. I get throat things. It's because I choked back some words that I should have said not in anger, revenge or hurtful. I just didn't say how I felt. -Nancy

This person could have a sulfur deficiency. If they wake in the morning with a throat full of phlegm this is a sign they should avoid fats at this point. Sarsparilla is very rich in sulfur. Other food sources are eggs, cabbage, garlic, onions, kale and radishes. Fresh carrot juice and orange juice are also good sources of sulfur. Laura |
