Eye - Sight

Sometimes I have trouble seeing, like a flash has went off. What could be causing this? -Alene

Do you notice that when you have trouble seeing that you feel jittery...or that it has been some time that you have eaten? You're blood sugar could be low...

Or are you on any medication or supplement that could be lowering your blood sugar?

If this happens again...immediately eat something sweet (pastry, toast with jam...etc) if it goes away sooner than usual then it's probable it is low blood sugar.

It may be another cause, but this is one to consider. Best wishes... -Lourdes Martinez
