Amy has 'moderate' nodes on her voicebox and been told not to speak unless absolutely necessary for 8-10 weeks. Something she's just not prepared to do - being self employed. She's also been told if this condition is not resolved completely within 3 months she may permanently lose her voice!!!!! (No pressure there then). Any ideas? |

This will sound really out there I am sure, but can the person swallow? I'd for myself use hellicrysm EO, Frankesence EO and chamomile EO <spelling>mixed in almond oil and rub the area externally several times a day, if I could swallow I'd take food enzymes in between meals. Lots of enzymes! Enzymes are used for many issues not just digestion i.e. abnormal cell growth etc., for one. |

Every time someone at work has lost threir voice due to mucus or such i tell them to mix a lil lemon juice,a dash of cayenne pepper and a lil honey, heat in micro for 30 or so seconds. This is great for sore throats and for coughs. I do not know if this will help you but cayenne pepper is a wonder for what ails... As for the nodes i do not know!Pam |
