Aches and Pains

I received this today email today. Any suggestions? I was thinking of a detox of some kind and what is the best NSP product for lower back pain? Here is the email: I have had a problem with my left arm for almost a year now, ever since I got a tetanus shot last Feb. It aches and throbs most of the time, more at night. I don't sleep well anyhow, I blame menopause. My left knee has been bothering me too. I have been checked out by the doctor and she suggested I go see a rheumatologist since it seems to moving to my right side also...............before I do that I would like to try an alternative method. I have been to see a Reflexologist about three times and a Massage Therapist once. This seems to help some. Do you know of any supplements that would help? I would also like to know if you can recommend a name of essential oils for me to purchase, or are they all the same. I spent three times as much at the reflexologist for one essential oil then what I see on line.......any suggestions? One more thing, if you don't mind.............what can I do for law back pain? I've had this for years..........I go to an orthospinologist for a little relief. -ktking

Okay, well there are quite a few issues. For the relief of the arm. I was listening to a lecture by both a colon hydrotherapist and a lymphatic specialist. They mentioned that some times with vaccines the body cannot get rid of some of the remnants of the vaccine and it causes problems or pain. Try a lymph cleanser. If you can muscle test see which one would work best. There is the Lymphatic Drainage, Lymphomax and two lymph gland cleanse products (one is for hypoglycemics).

For the other aches and pains. I would suggest a colon cleanse first and there after take a fiber supplement like Nature's Three is excellent (my mom began to take this and swelling in her knee went away). I also suggest Joint Support as a general supplement for all her joint issues. Extra alfalfa would be good in order to make sure that her electrolytes (potassium and sodium) are being replenished. A lack of either of these along with phosphorus and calcium deficiency can cause lower back problems (especially osteoarthritis). My husband began to suffer from this and alfalfa and carrot juice along with Calcium-Magnesium (SynerPro) made a big difference. Hope this is helpful. -Lourdes

For lower back pain you could give the Triple Relief a try. One of the best pain relievers we have for this kind of thing is the Healing AC Cream (in homeopathics section). My mother-in-law calls it her miracle cream. Also APS-II, EverFlex Tablets and maybe even Nerve Eight.

Since it sounds like it started with a shot, how about giving the homeopathic Vaccination Detox a shot? Har Har. There's also a plain Detox in the homeopathics. There are plenty of recipes in Larissa's Aromatherapy for the Body, Mind, & Spirit book for pain in the structural system. -Mandy
