Arteriosclerosis
I have a family history of heart disease and I want to take action to prevent stroke or heart attack in myself. Have high cholesterol and triglycerides. What besides Mega Chel and Co-Q10 would be good. I also want to help my baby sister prevent developing heart disease. I'm 64. Thanks. -Marianne

Cardio Assurance was specifically developed to be used as a preventative by people with a family history of heart disease. Thai-Go has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, so it would be great to add that to you daily regimen. Avoid ALL refined carbs to keep your blood sugar stable - this is a key factor in heart disease. Also, woman with a family history of heart disease are advised to take 100 mg./day of CoQ10 after they go through menopause. Be sure to take your minerals with the Mega Chel! -Sharon Grimes |
