2 days ago a tech came to fix our liquid propane furnace and while he was vacuuming soot escaped from his vacuum sending a large plumb of soot which was greasy black. It stuck to everything near and got into my lungs and I still have it in my nostrils. I'm sure it's causing my mild respiratory problems. My question is what can I take to help my body recover from this.
I am 67 years old and in fair health with a strong immune system but under a lot of stress from dealing with a husband with dementia.

Thanks,
Marianne
