Sweat Glands
My daughter is doing a project at school on research the inability to sweat. Rather than listing all text book information we would also like to offer from the inside out natural approach. Can anyone offer any information on the reasons why some people have an inability to sweat and what would a treatment be? -Donna Irby

An interesting project. Being an iridologist it has been possible for me to pinpoint exactly why some people do not sweat the way they should. First of all the skin is the largest elimination organ in the body and what do most of us do on a daily basis, we cover it up with clothing. Even worse we wear synthetic material that does not allow our skin to breathe. This backs up toxins in the skin and as this happens over many years the person will notice decreased sweating. It is therefore recommended that a person wears cotton or natural fibers that allow the skin to breathe a little. Better, cotton will soak the sweat up and not push it back into the skin. Due to our clothing preference it is important to skin brush with a vegetable thistle brush on a daily basis. This removes toxins and allows the skin to breathe much better. I have noticed a fold increase in the smoothness and sheen of my skin and many of my clients when they apply this practice. An interesting fact is that the skin needs to eliminates toxic waste every day. This is the same amount as the bowels kidneys and lungs expel.
